Seeing True™ is a moment of epiphany that is so pronounced that subsequent changes in direction or behavior are dramatically altered for the better. The Greeks called this “metanoia,” which means "change of mind," though it might translate better today as “a profound change of heart.” In the Seeing True framework, we focus on transformation as the desired result, and forgiveness and relationships as the spaces in which we practice.

Speaking True: Self Forgiveness

There are some things about us that just are the way they are. And of course, that's true of everyone else. So if we're gonna give ourselves some slack, because we are who we are, and we have the tendencies we have, then that's true of others.

Enough is Enough

The Way?

Regardless of how we may decide to navigate matters in our lives and world, there is great power in the ability to accept or allow the terms that life and living offer. That does not for a moment mean we don’t act.

Speaking True: Speedbumps

Let's talk about speedbumps. It's not easy to decide to be different, often prompted by things that have gone awry, but instituting a speed bump, as simple as taking a breath when agitation arises, can make a significant difference.

Of course we can allow for whimsy in our lives!

Then there is this, perhaps the best question ever, once again from the book, Bittersweet: How Sorrow and Longing Make Us Whole:

"What are you longing for?"

Or it's variation from James Hol
