What is Seeing True™
Seeing True™ is a moment of epiphany that is so pronounced that subsequent changes in direction or behavior are dramatically altered for the better. The Greeks called this “metanoia,” which means "change of mind," though it might translate better today as “a profound change of heart.” In the Seeing True framework, this often refers to the challenging process of forgiveness, as well as other inner or spiritual work.
Seeing True™ can occur personally, in relationships, and for organizations. All that is required is an introduction of information and understanding in such a way as to transform the perception or interpretation.
The purpose of Seeing True™ as a practice, and my roles as consultant, facilitator, speaker, workshop leader and coach, is to find ways to introduce information and understanding that produce dramatic improvements.
SeeingTrue.com is a resource for those seeking guidance and direction as they work through the difficult, but necessary process of seeing people, situations, and feelings for what they really are. While we often refer to the whole process as "releasing," it includes three stages: engaging, releasing, and transcending. It means getting to the root causes of frustrations or resentments, finding the means to let go of them, then rising above them to be returned to a state of well-being. Better still, it means to overcome the patterns that lead to injury in the first place.
